“ Made order 12+ weeks ago order never arrived then was only offered 75% refund then i never received the refund I'm nearly $200AUD out of pocket the staff have been so rude to me accusing me of lying about whether I received my refund or not still to this day refund never received. Have literally asked them so many times for a resolution extremely frustrating. ”
