i also ordered 5 = 5 BRUCE BANNER AUTO I DID NOT RECVE THE 3 EXTRA SNOOP SEEDS.
I SENT IN A CUSTOME SERVICE REPORT IMMEDIALTEY AND THE RESPONS WAS IT WAS NOT A ERROR ON MY PART. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO WHAT YOUR SNOOP SPECIAL SAY THE I WILL SEND YOU BACK WHAT YOU SETN AND REFUND MY PAYMENT

They advise you get a full refund but I only got half of my money back, also an email saying saying they only refund half of the money.

Made order 12+ weeks ago order never arrived then was only offered 75% refund then i never received the refund I'm nearly $200AUD out of pocket the staff have been so rude to me accusing me of lying about whether I received my refund or not still to this day refund never received.
Have literally asked them so many times for a resolution extremely frustrating.
