Made a few orders through WSE allways good service. recently ordered a 10 pack but never arrived, I contacted customer support and they have sent a replacement package free of charge. still yet to receive the replacement order tho Overall a good experience!

There was a delivery to a wrong address 3 hours away, (that at this time is still unrefunded/unreplaced), multiple assurances that it was going to be delivered properly by customer service, (after numerous emails), a request for me to connect with the delivery company what the problem was, (and it was in fact that they had delivered to the wrong address), which is something that they could have easily checked themselves, etc.
