“Like every other customer of WSE, I know the quality of your strains is far beyond better than any other seed bank. From products to personal service. Unfortunately after ordering from them for a number of years my last order never arrived. This has happened before and WSE were fantastic and replaced it but last time I don't think they believed me when I got in touch with them to let them know that my order never showed. They advise you get a full refund but I only got half of my money back, also an email saying saying they only refund half of the money. Oh well it's only money. To future customers, make sure you try all the strains they get better every time and tell your friends to give them a go. You'll be more than happy.”

“Great communication. Payment method options are a bit painful for NZ. Payment by bank transfer on a Friday meant 5-6 days from time of order to process to be shipped. Package arrived in NZ in about 2 weeks. 12 of 12 seeds sprouted 5 days from planting.”

“Hope the seeds are good they were expensive bought 3 packs of 3 which is kinda pricey. Seeds were identified on each package of them which is good. I think I would’ve been better off to buy a couple more as maybe I would’ve gotten at least one free seed the mix and match didn’t work on the website for some reason. I didn’t have that email anymore but impossible to get my account back. It was like starting over again which leaves room to get it from another seller. I’ve always liked the point system and all that but because I don’t use that email anymore couldn’t use any more points. Gonna prob go with another company next time as it doesn’t matter if I’m starting over again. Thanx all”
