“Thank you for the opportunity to review your businees.I am very happy with the service and the product.The big probblem you have is getting it to me.I live in Australia .Each time i order it take three goes of sending to receive it.It take too long and very unreliable.The last order you sent with tracking and it eventually arrived.Why not track every time you send?Alternatively when I order next time can you not send it until you can provide tracking and assurance it will arrive.I am happy to pay for the tracking.In other words when I order delay the sending until you can provide a tracking number.Is that possible?What happens to the orders that never arrive?Kind regards John and Michael.”
