“Where as the product was helpful,for a senior citzen the postage price has now become prohibitive as well as the VAT. Because of these government and corporate impediments I will no longer be purchasing this product online. thank you”
“The price is ok, the cream is fairly satisfactory in the job it does, but every so often a tube will leak , the seal at the bottom of it seems weak. Needs to be better. Fairly satisfied with product.

Received goods on time, bit confused as they came in different packaging as the ones advertised, i will have to wait to see if there is any difference in the goods before i can re-order with confidence as there was no explanation to the different packaging.

“I know I ordered more than the average volume of units of my product so expected that it might be delayed, but I heard nothing for 2 weeks then got a mail thanking me for my order again. When I went to track my order it just said 'processing' (I think, can't remember now, didn't really tell me anything though), then later on 'completed' but still no sign of the goods.
They did eventually arrive but it would have been good to have a little more definition on the tracking website, ideally an ETA to at least have some idea when the order will be sent.”
“Arrived promptly, price good. Only negative comment is on the website it shows them sealed in plastic, which is how I used to buy them from the supermarket, but they arrived loose, looked untampered, so will use, but misleading showing them sealed.”
“Problem with the Noise-X foam barrel earplugs for which the specification seems to have changed. They appear to be one-third as long again and have morphed into a bright orange colour from the usual neutral. Can we go back to the originals please?”
“Have used this twice now and nothing seems to have happened yet, perhaps I am not using it correctly, although I am doing as advised on the product. So not too impressed at the moment, but am prepared to wait a bit longer for success!
The delivery of this was very efficient so will continue to use Wellbury for supplies in the future.”
