“Ordered a TShirt, never came. Stated it was delayed but Royal Mail didn’t receive the package!!! Appalling service.”

“I wouldn't give this company any stars. I ordered a T-shirt in good faith and the tracking number was invalid so I contacted Wellcoda stating that my tracking number is invalid. Wellcoda replied after 3 days and said they have refunded me in full except no refund had been made so I had to open a dispute with paypal. Wellcoda will not refund me. Weeks later I'm still without my order and no refund. Absolutely shocking.”

“Second order has seemingly gone missing also, they take your money then don't send the goods, one going missing is bad enough but for the second order to go missing is absolutely disgraceful.”

“For the customers, just to know, this 'so called' company was/is abusing the designers, who's works are on selling. Most of them are fired with showing no respect at all. Maybe it was planned to do so, but it was a big dissembler as a company. We call it failcoda, and have to warn others.”
