But how can I do that if they haven't sent it? Returns have to be within 30 days, and I'm wondering what happens if they still haven't sent the return label in that time.

Tree is not great at all - missing probably half of branches to look ok.
Many branches have been folded the wrong way - and when you flip them back in place they break.
No receipt
Too expensive to ship for returns.

Would avoid. Complete waste of time. Placed order on the 7th of December, it didn’t arrive in the shipping timeframe. Emails to enquire where it was ignored. I emailed to request a refund on the 24th again no response. Item finally shipped on the 28th of dec - after Christmas!! I emailed to ask for a returns label and about a refund again no response. Worst service ever

Put decs up Christmas week and the arch from the first order wouldn't light up, sent several messages for a returns label to bo avail.

I ordered a slim pre lit frosty tree and when it arrived the lights on the top part of the tree didn’t work. I have sent 18 emails and countless calls to request a returns label to get a refund but I have been ignored and still have a faulty Xmas tree that cost me £65 not happy with this company no customer service at all
