“I have been waiting since March for my document to be evaluated. WES have been horrible with customer service especially now during COVID19; it is incredibly difficult to be in touch with anyone to get updates. Nonetheless, when they did have an update, it is inaccurate. WES had received my document and rejected my first document, so I had the second document resent according to what was instructed and was delivered on May 18, but they updated and said that they are still awaiting documents, which is UNTRUE. They let me down completely and now I have to find a different company or else my dreams and future plans will for sure be ruined. DON'T USE WES.”
