I haven’t tried the gin yet but I can say that the customer service I received was fantastic. My original order was sent out and the tracking stopped updating at the DPD sorting hub. After 3 days of no updates I emailed Wessex Distillery and they replied quickly and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am happy to say I received my gin and goblet today, well packaged and as ordered.
