“Bought 2 sofas made by Westbridge. Within 3 month seats sagged and back cushions crushed giving no back support. Complained but company said they met their standards. Have since replaced seat pads with high grade foam and the back cushions with extra filling. Not happy with response from this company who seem to be using cheap grade foams and underfilled cushions. Beware. They may look good in a showroom but don’t stand up to light use.”
“Purchased 2 Westbridge Maxwell sofas, from Alfred Smith Penzance. The worse decision we ever made, I complained within two weeks of delivery, about the 4 cushions looking like unmade beds and old looking, very difficult to communicate with them. Take care if considering purchasing.”
“We bought a sofa from them and the seat cushions look 10 years old after only a years careful use. They say nothing is wrong and will not do anything about it. The sofa was NOT cheap! Be warned..”
