“I love WeWOOD's customer service. The whole set up is great ie you get assigned a customer service team member for the entirety of your query. Responses from Customer Services are prompt, friendly and efficient and the process is smooth and hassle free. So many companies could take a leaf out of WeWOOD's book as far as customer service goes. I can't fault them.”

“I love my WeWood Belle Chocolate! I am from Australia. When I was travelling through Germany I saw it in a shop and thought "Oh no, it's okay. I'll see it somewhere else". Six months has passed and I was still thinking about this stunningly beautiful watch! My dad fiancé was in Europe at this point but unfortunately she couldn't get anywhere to pick it up. So I tracked it down online, and I purchased it with money I got for my birthday. I emailed multiple people as I was confused at the shipping options available (and when I was trying to get information about where my dads fiancé would pick it up from) and each time they were all extremely helpful no matter how silly my questions were. What was even more fabulous is the moment I ordered it I was so unbelievably excited, and it arrived within a week! Incredibly helpful staff. With wonderful, amazing, beautifully crafted products, I couldn't be happier!”

“My order was shipped practically straightaway by tracked courier. It was good to be able to pay online using PayPal. The watch, a birthday present for my daughter, was well packaged to protect it during shipping.”

“Really impressed with the finish of this watch and the quality of it! If it looks good on the website, it definitely looks better once you hold it in your hands! It also came with the link removal kit so that was wicked cause I really needed it!”

“I love your watches! I bought my first one on a trip to New Zealand and my second from your website with very fast shipping. Since buying my first watch in December 2014 and wearing it in Copenhagen at least 5 people have ordered their own watch - just because they saw mine. I haven't seen them sold anywhere here.”

“I bought this for my husband, for our 5 year anniversary (wood) and he loves it, I'm so pleased, as he's quite tricky to buy for. In terms of Quality, it looks very high quality, and has a beautiful finish. I would highly recommend this watch to anyone, thank you.”

“A wooden link in my watch strap snapped. I emailed Wewood who sent me a link to pay £10 repair charge. I sent off my watch and received it back after s few days all fixed. Incredibly straightforward and easy to deal with.”
