“Lovely watch. Arrived quickly. Strap adjusted to my measurement slightly too tight so maybe guidelines should should say to measure loosely.”

“Measurements provided on the homepage meant the watch fitted perfectly. Happy with the watch and the packaging. What wasn't great is the shipping. I got contacted by a company called Winshport, which I knew nothing about. Please make is clearer which transport company you are using, as their notice landed in my spam-folder. Also they left a note in the mail, but I couldn't change address or delivery day as their reference document didn't work. Again it was not clear that they were delivering the watch, I only worked this out by eliminating other options. In the end I picked up my watch from my local depot 4 days after the initial delivery attemt. Overall: great product, but you could make it a lot clearer how shipping works and which company you are using.”

“Easy ordering system, quick delivery, I was informed of delivery dates/ETA regularly, product looks good and exactly as per description. Only reason it isnt rated as excellent, is because it is a present, so unsure yet of how good the actual product is.”

“The watch I purchased is exactly as it is in pictures. Delivery service was quick and easy to reschedule if needed. The box it comes in is perfect for gifts. People speaking with customers on website are helpful.”

“Fantastic service from purchasing online to delivery. Product is fantastic. Beautiful. Stunning craftsmanship. The ideal gift for a father who has everything. The only negative comment I could make is that I am slightly disappointed that such an amazing product is presented in a cardboard box. I know this fits with your ecological ethos but I would have been more than happy to pay a bit more and a a wooden box.”

“My watch was delivered quicker than expected on the postal service. Strap was a little tight but that was probably my fault on the measure so will have to order the link tool, but got an on-line discount. Do they really plant a tree with every sale? Where?”

“The watch was beautiful, my other half was delighted. I was just a bit disappointed that the blue wasn't as prominent in reality as the picture. There was a machined, blue line on the time setting button in the picture online, but is not on the actual watch. Get the wrist measured, the links are hard to remove without the tool & your wearer will be desperate to wear their fabulous new accessory!”

“Everything was perfect except for letting me know a bit late about he delivery. I received and email in the morning that I will receive the package in late afternoon. I was already at work and didn't have any reception so could do anything about it. Fortunately my neighbor took it for me. Thank you!”

“I was happy with the watch but the watch we received was faulty. I contacted customer service and sent it in. We received the mended watch back but it would have been nice to know what they had to repair. Otherwise my husband whose present it was, was delighted.”

“After wearing my new watch for a few days, I was unlucky enough for it to break, one of the links got caught in my jumper and it snapped. I must say that I was extremely disappointed, however I contacted the WeWood customer service team and they have been absolutely amazing, they completely restored my faith in the brand! A big Thank you to all of them!”

“Customer service from Matt has been really good. He queried the crazy incorrect strap measurement I provided with my original order and helped me to get it right. He enclosed a tool for removing links and the watch is beautiful. A lovely gift for my husband. We do have an issue with a missing pin on the strap but Matt is on the case to resolve this and has been very prompt to respond to my email about it.”
