Unprofessional Staff working at Wey Group KT14 They are selling there jobs on social apps Where they are selling jobs for cheap cheaper cheapest price Don’t use this company or you’ll regret it When your parcel is lost damage or stolen When my brother bid on there job going to ct13 Hospital My cousin offered peanut price that is £95 for 78 miles and originally the job was for 91 miles and he requested to consider the price on extra millage that is to add extra £15 on the job he bid But controller from admin was so rude Hung the phone on him and left A negative feedback on platform they are selling there jobs This company is using platform to sell the jobs on cheapest price IGNORE THIS COMPANY OR YOU’LL REGRET IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hate leaving bad reviews but feel compelled to on this occasion. Just had a really poor experience using this company and if I could leave a zero star rating, that's what I'd be doing here. My experience started when the driver buzzed the intercom and told me 'i have to come down to get my parcel. When I got downstairs he was standing in his van. I explained that I had an 8-month-old baby asleep upstairs and was home alone, so he should have delivered to my door. He said he couldn't because he couldn't find a parking space to which I replied 'that's not really my problem though', at which he got in his van and drove away. The customer service rep told me that he's not allowed to come into the building due to COVID. We can go into shops yet we can't go into the communal areas of apartment buildings? Every other company can deliver so this is obviously not the truth. When I asked what the complaint procedure was I was told that I had to complain to the sender!!! Obviously at this point I felt like I was continually being fobbed-off and asked her to continue trying to call the driver to get him to return. I was called back after a while and was told that the customer service rep felt it best if she didn't send him back today. I asked why she is refusing to insist that he return and it transpires that he has told them that I was abusive to him. That's absolute nonsense, but I get it...based on his actions why should I be surprised that he's also a liar?

Fantastic customer service from a Mr Lee Roy who went out of his way to help me.. Polite, very helpful. Thank you once again.. I sincerely hope your employer is treating you well
