My husband got a link to this company on an email from Sears. I ordered an air compressor for him on 12/25/19 (Christmas Day). I never got an email response although I did save the order confirmation on my computer. A week later, I contacted the company and finally got a response. In January, they said they were shipping the product and I received a pair of Rayban sunglasses in mid January. I emailed the company again and got a tracking number which showed the product arriving in my city on 3/14 and out for delivery on 3/16. Now the tracking says the product was lost and to contact the shipper. I have emailed whalegot at least 5 times and asked for the name of the carrier so I can contact them directly and each time have gotten a response saying "Please be patient...".”
