“They cancelled my first order, cos they messed up delivery. Then I ordered a high quality, but high price barrow, which is great, as it should be for the cost. All told, average experience.”
“Delivery was prompt. Wheeled trolley was badly made but fairly robust. All wheels needed shim washers to ensure they didn’t just wobble around on the axle. Bolt for pull handle very long and already gashed my ankle.
After paying £130 for this I then see same for sale at much lower cost and feel wheelbarrows.co.uk are upselling a poor product.
I kept it because I needed to use it and just modified it myself.”

“Don’t buy it. The item is flimsy and it is not for professional use. Ok for very very very very light work. We took the wheel off and kept it then chucked it in the skip. It is a horrible product. We bought it to help us to pour concrete due to its spout. The whole plastic bucket thing was flimsy and wobbly. Not with the money a right old rip off.”
“Very poorly designed and dangerous product, rough steel fittings, uneven handles cut myself on a sharp metal edge, no response from the company. Metal frame section wouldn’t fit into the plastic mould because it was too small. Quite fitting that I use it for mucking out, one pile of sh1t transports another!!! Unable to load photo of dangerous welding/ sharp edges!!”

Bought a fragile wheelbarrow which did not appear that way on their website. The fittings easily come apart whilst in use. The company refused to try and get a spare part even though it is small enough to be posted; they do not care about their customer.”
“Purchased a Garden Dump Cart three months ago in May 2018, it is the best garden item I have ever purchased. The little Green Cart is used to transport, tools and plants around the garden. Very useful in the hot weather for transporting water. It also has other uses, taking BBQ food, plates, etc to the patio area and bringing everything back to the kitchen in one trip. Also used by the grandchildren as a fun cart (with crash helmets on). Would not be without it!”
