We contracted their services to deliver from London to Spain. We were told insurance was covered in the price - and that they will take care of your stuff.
It arrived in time, but a 600 GBP tv was broken, including one mirror. We contacted them and they "were checking with their insurance"
Its been 1 month and we haven't heard back, they are absolutely ghosting my emails and don't expect them to contact me again as they are ignoring my emails.
They have scammed me and will not respond for your broken items. They packaged the TV in a way that was NOT protected.
