“I found whim while looking for a way to get a Lumen Metabolic Tracker. I have been on a weight loss journey since February of 2025. I have lost 127 pounds since then and I needed a way to maintain my weight now that I am at my goal weight. The Lumen was how I wanted to do that. As a father of 6, 5 of which are adopted, extra money is available all the time. But thanks to Whim, I am able to get the Lumen at an affordable price. This is allowed me to use the Lumen as a tool to maintain my weight. I have been able to maintain 158 pound for the last month. Thank you Whim”

“I mean honestly, so my product never arrived then it ended up getting canceled. UPS fumbled the delivery and I don’t even know what happened. It was very unnecessary to mitigate.”

“Everything is getting more expensive so I decided to take the plunge and sell my consoles and invest in a Steam library on my gaming laptop. Whim has been great to try out a Steam Deck before I save up for one.”

“Only gave it 4 stars because it’s really tough to actually rent 3 items with their mid tier plan. Rented a Switch 2 and a Dualsense Edge controller for my PS5 Pro. Mostly to give them a shot more than anything to see if they were worth buying Order process went through quickly, items shipped out within 4 or 5 days and arrived a couple days later. This is definitely a decent service if you wanna try before you buy or not looking for a long term purchase.”

“I like the products and the vision. I am someone who this product works for and I LOVE the idea. With that being said... I think the support from the team is good, but could be better. I also think that the customers should be able to swap / return items, without the hassle of contacting support. Why should I have to ask to return a item, when the product is marketed towards spontaneous individiuals? I also think having to get in contact to cancel is... sketchy practice. I am a "off and on" person and do not always want to hassle with a email to cancel a subscription, when I am coming back in about 2 weeks.. The product catalog is awesome!! I love how products constantly are changing and something is new, I dislike the fact that, if you are not subscribed, you will not see how much the items cost. I would like to see more gadgets in the future as well.”

“I almost didn't believe the company was offering what it offers. I tried it based on a facebook ad. I was able to rent a hard to find nintendo switch 2 and try it out before commiting to nintendos huge price tag for myself. For high ticket items a chance to try them out prior is well worth it. There are so many options and items to try on a whim!”

“Pretty great service to be able to rent something you are not sure you want to drop hundreds of dollars on,however it took almost a week to get my system and that time is counting on your membership so keep that in mind that you are not getting a full month of the product.”
