“First and last time I order from this site. Don’t write anything in the message box, they don’t read and don’t care. They never answer the chat and or the phone. I got a bottle that cost me 35 dollars in NJ for 130 dollars. I specifically asked them to confirm the size of the bottle (since it was 4 times the price) and they sent it to me without confirming and with no way to return it.

“I get the premium “hard to find” concept and price for convenience. But to pay 4-5x more is ridiculous.
I had a budget of $200, would like to give $200 worth of gift. I paid $134 on a $35 bottle - it’s the price mark up but it’s mostly embarrassing.”
“I ordered two bottles of single malt scotch on December 8th as a Christmas present. The order was acknowledged via email the same day and processed the same day.
Today, two weeks later, I was informed that the order was shipped today with a 5 to 9 day delivery date. Totally unacceptable!”

In researching the price on the Gin we bought they were charging over 250% of EVERYWHERE else's price, and to top it off charged $99 to deliver within 2 days (of shipment) which still has not happened over 24 hours later. Never notified when order was shipped; no tracking; no notification when it was delivered. Rather a unique (and offensive) approach to customer service: an email asking “Was your order delivered?” then an email proclaiming “Your order has shipped!” ...unfortunately the second email arrived 6 days AFTER the item was DELIVERED!!!! Unacceptable.
