“Bought a trench coat less than a year ago and two buttons have fallen off already. Store staff seemed to be unaware that there is a repairs service offered on the Whistles website. I have now been told by customer service that they will only pay for postage and not the repair itself which is ridiculous after spending £200 on the item which is clearly poorly made.”
