“I’ve visited this store many times in the past and always had positive interactions with the staff, who have been consistently friendly and helpful. That’s why what I experienced last Friday was so shocking and really disappointing.
While trying on clothes in the changing room, I could clearly hear someone who appeared to be in a management role speaking loudly and extremely disrespectfully about other staff members at the back of the store. This went on the entire time I was there, making it impossible to ignore. It was incredibly unprofessional and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
What should have been a routine visit turned into a genuinely unpleasant experience. Hearing that kind of behaviour completely changed my perception of the store, and I left feeling uneasy and unwelcome.
What made things worse is the young lady who helped me heard it too and looked upset, i felt very sorry for the staff member, but through it all she remained professional.”
“Bought a trench coat less than a year ago and two buttons have fallen off already. Store staff seemed to be unaware that there is a repairs service offered on the Whistles website. I have now been told by customer service that they will only pay for postage and not the repair itself which is ridiculous after spending £200 on the item which is clearly poorly made.”
