“I placed an order with White Goods Spares on March 16, 2025, and I have had no updates since. They do not answer the phone – in fact, it seems the line is no longer in service as the call drops immediately. They also ignore emails and never send any information about the status of the order. At this point, I’m not even sure the company is still operating. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering from them.”
“Not sure whether they're still a legitimate business. The phone number on the website is no longer in use. I ordered a part which has not turned up. I emailed asking what is going on, got a reply saying they'd refund me as they didn't have another in stock to replace it. Have not had a refund yet and the website shows the item back in stock but further emails asking about it have not been replied to.”

“Really really impressed with this firm . William went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I ordered a part for my washing machine at 5.30pm on Saturday and by 10am on Tuesday, it was on our machine ploughing through the piles of washing, They were also half the price of any well known Spares companies for genuine parts. Will be using them from now on and highly recommend them to anyone requiring white good spare parts.”
