“After I placed order, there was no communication confirming the order, nor did I received parcel on given date..later after few days when I received the parcel, it was totally different. Again to return the product, I called and messaged on their numbers, mails and even visited office address mentioned but didn't find any with the given name and no one ever replied or responded to my calls and messages. They just claim item can be refunded but after delivery there's no option of refunding the item on their page.
Ultimately I am stuck with the wrong dress which is far than good.”
