I wasted a lot of time trying to work out why it wouldn't work initially including trying a programme your support team sent to update printer firmware (which was up to date anyway). The solution was to connect the printer via USB cable instead of wi-fi network. The key then immediately and efficiently did its job. It might be a good idea to state prominently in your instructions that cable connection between printer and computer may be required for the reset to work.”
