“The application worked great and is easy and intuitive to use. In my opinion it is good to warn beforehand that the counter reset function is paid. I also hope that the counter was actually reset and not brought to 80% as other applications do.”

The price is a bit high when considering that this is almost a hack from Epson.
Anyhow much better than to send the printer to Epson and at the end ... no other chance is available :)

“Overall, the reset worked quite well. However, it took a bit to get everything working properly again afterward. Per the recommendations on the website, I used the USB connection to do the reset. Problem was, after that was done, the wireless/wifi connection no longer worked. I had to eventually do a new install the Epson print driver and configure it as a new printer for wireless in order to get it back the way I needed it. Other than that, it was great!”
“The reset key worked well eventually. I wasted a lot of time trying to work out why it wouldn't work initially including trying a programme your support team sent to update printer firmware (which was up to date anyway). The solution was to connect the printer via USB cable instead of wi-fi network. The key then immediately and efficiently did its job. It might be a good idea to state prominently in your instructions that cable connection between printer and computer may be required for the reset to work.”
