“Works as advertised at a fair market price. Sending my printer in to Epson for this service would have cost at least 4 times as much! And to boot, an Epson customer service rep lied to me when he stated that my printer's waste ink pad counter could NOT be rest due to a hardware failure, but I called his bluff and WIC-Reset worked like a charm! My printer is just fine, thank you! I highly recommend this product and ALSO staying far away from Epson factory service and it's dishonest practices!!!!”
