“We wanted a hot tub for a week for the kids to use, as we aren't going on holiday, so we paid the initial payment to Wicked Hot Tub Hire, who requested the funds be transferred via bank transfer to a company with a different name.
Wicked Hot Tub Hire then sent us details showing the hot tub would be unsuitable for our property. We asked for a refund a few hours later, they refused, and then didn't answer emails. They simply kept our money, and went to ground. (Eventually, they did respond, and confirmed they would not refund any money.)
A very unpleasant experience.”
