The apologies you see from customer service are simply for appearances only. I reported this company to the FBI for fraud but I’ll probably never see my money again. I hope they are brought to justice. They use fake names, fake titles, a fake address and fake phone number. Try calling it, you’ll see. Also try searching for their address on Google maps and then look it up on “street view.” There’s nothing there.”

I would put negative stars if that were possible, Wifiprofessional Scams if what it should be called. They promise something that they in no way can deliver. Each time I would provide the info, ( in which you do all the work) they would send an broken English email saying we need more, we could write more articles for you for $$$ or we can hire a wiki admin person who will post anything you want for 2300, everything is a scheme with these people. we waited 6, then 8 months with the same results. Cant move forward without some $$ roadblock and no results. DO NOT engage with this company”

“SCAM - Can't be trusted. Delayed consistently, didn't produce a profile and refused to honour their 100% money back guarantee. Legal action will be pending. I contacted them via the internet to create a simple profile for a client and they promised the world. Over 14 months later and still no profile and they keep asking me for more references, when they promised to produce them. The project is very late because of their lack of getting references and when they send you a sample you can't see them because their site is insecure. They can't be trusted and their money back guarantee is rubbish. They promise on time delivery and satisfaction guaranteed. But when you ask for it, they do not deliver. You can tell they are not genuine as they don't reference any staff on their website and have taken down their LinkedIn profile. It would not surprise me if all of their previous reviews are fake too. Don't be fooled by their marketing, don't use them!

They take your money and give you the run around and never provide the service. When I threatened to file a complaint, they sent me a blackmail threat via email, saying they would mark my subject as spam on Wikipedia so that I would get blocked forever. They agreed to send me a 50% refund within a few business days but three months later, it still hasn't arrived. Their phone number leads to a fake sounding recording. I don't think this company is based in Texas or in the United States. The quality of the writing was so unbelievably bad and the customer service is like dealing with the mafia. Do not do business with these scammers!”
