“There was a fault with my husbands razor blades, which could have resulted in a nasty accident, but fortunately didn’t. I didn’t have the receipt or original packaging but I contacted the company via there website and explained what had happened and sent with photo of damaged blade. I received replacements by post which went over and above what I had expected. I cannot fault the customer service, which was excellent. Things sometimes go wrong but it’s what companies do to put things right which makes them stand out.”
