“Williams Sonoma cancelled my order which was a Christmas present to my mother and never told me about the cancellation. Only to find out that I’m the shipment never arrived during my Christmas break. When I called, they basically told me there is nothing they could do. I wouldn’t recommend buying any product from this company as this could happen to you. I took my money else where and found a better product.”
