Williams Handbaked was established 25 years ago by Valerie Williams. We're an award-winning family business, well known for our luxury biscuits, giant Eccles cakes, gooey flapjack and scrumptious traybakes. We bake and pack all of our products at our craft bakery in Preston, Lancashire.

“The service was excellent. Rory Thomas-Cole provided exceptional assistance when I made a spelling error. I was quite disappointed in myself for misspelling the recipient's surname, but Rory replied to my email promptly and corrected the mistake. I ordered the 'Big Favourites' hamper box as a gift, and it was very well received. I will certainly be ordering again. Many thanks.”

“Really disappointed with the lemon drizzle cake there was no lemon at all the cake might as well have been Madeira. It was clear that a flavouring may have been used and not real lemons. I even cut the top off to see if the flavour was at the top as they may have squeezed the lemon at the end. Product was too floury and dense. I am use to a light and fluffy lemon drizzle. Paying a premium price for this product I expected it to exceed M and S versions of the lemon drizzle they stock on the shelf but sadly it didn’t. Would not recommend sadly. On the other have I ordered the chocolate and ginger biscuits and these were very nice, full of ginger and one side dipped in chocolate.”

“We have a delivery every month and they are the best cakes we have had .Very moist, very tasty, can't fault them at all . My favourite is the chocolate cake, and secondly is cherry maderia. Excellent thank you.”
