Williams Handbaked was established 25 years ago by Valerie Williams. We're an award-winning family business, well known for our luxury biscuits, giant Eccles cakes, gooey flapjack and scrumptious traybakes. We bake and pack all of our products at our craft bakery in Preston, Lancashire.

“I brought the box of ginger biscuits for a friend's birthday( she's is an avid fan of anything ginger so thought this would be the perfect gift. She was absolutely delighted with them and said they have the right amount of ginger in them and go perfect with the other flavours paired with it.”

“Recently purchased four of Williams yummy bakes. The tray bakes were larger than I had thought and delicious to eat, though they are doing nothing for my wasteline! I would definitely recommend products as value for money, and most have a good shelf life. I think I might be buying again somehow.”
