“Excellent cakes and biscuits. This was sent to our elderly friend (88) who loved all the goodies, especially the Lemon Drizzle cake, his favourite. This was for his birthday. Only hiccup was the Rotal Mail timed delivery. Contacted you and you were very helpful, common problem with Rotal Mail, you very kindly refunded the delivery charge. I will certainly recommend your company and hope to buy from you again.”
