“Our home is in a very poor cell rece[ption area. I started looking into cell boosters and spoke with a representative from the company. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was convenient to buy the equipment and have the installation included. The installation tech was very good and helpful; he made sure to install the antenas in order for us to obtain maximum signal. We increased the signal from one bar to five bars in the main part of the house. The back part does not have as much of a signal because our house walls are sheet rock and plaster. Also we were very happy that we do have improved the reception down in the garage and alley. The garage is detached and 10 ft lower than the main house. “Amazing customer service. When installing a mobile unit in my bus conversion, I broke a cable. I had a little difficulty finding the exact fitting I needed on the new cable and ordered an incorrect cable. I wrote to customer service to ask for assistance in finding the correct cable and was just shocked that the agent not only found the correct part for me, but ordered it and shipped it to me for free. “The Wilson Booster has brought my signal from one bar to three! That's great in my book, but my wifes Apple phone is still having some issues, it may be time to swap it out, I called her from the road, and her voice was breaking up with three bars showing on her phone, and she was sitting in the same room as the room unit. I will have to look into that.”
“easy to install less cost then obligating to a contract i picked up a whole bar in a very dead signal zone a lot more cost effected than a contract with an internet company where you settle for what you get i have used wilson brand products on my over the road trucks where needed and have always had great results the extra you pay is well worth the performance you get in return we will see so far so good i base my recommendation on past performance”
