“WineFolk decided to cancel my order without telling me & required me to contact them, offered a refund or to ship it in two days. Wine was for my grandmother's birthday, they missed it by near a week.
To add insult to injury, their website lets you write a multiline message for the recipient which then gets chopped off after the first line. "Happy Birthday,".
If I order from them again, it will be by mistake.
Two stars because if you're lucky & prompt them, they do eventually deliver wine.”
