“The user friendly web site. Enter the car registration number and hey presto you know exactly what you are ordering and how much it costs. The cost being very competitive indeed. Free delivery and delivered in the specified time was also very pleasing. Excellent service Thank you very much”

“The mirror was great, very pleased but courier obviously tried delivering to wrong house, said hee weren't in , but we were, after phone calls we had to collect from courier office!”

“Avoid this firm like the plague! They will take your money when the part isn't even in stock. They told me on the phone when I was paying that I would receive my rear light between 1-3 business days. Then the confirmation email said 3-5 business days. A week went by so I dared to phone the "help desk" and ask where my item was. A very abrupt man told me they'd get back to me. 2 hours later, I got an email saying my item would be in stock in May, 3 months after my order! I phoned for a refund, which I got 7 days later. Horrible firm to deal with and very irresponsible. AVOID!”

“quick and easy to order, however when my order arrived it was completely the wrong product. I tried to chat online to sort it out, but was told to email, which I did and never got a reply. When I called 10:30am on Saturday (supposed to open at 10am on sat according to website) it said they were closed. When I got through later that day the man was extremely rude, didn’t once apologise and just said he’d send a returns code and hung up. Really poor service”

“Initial contact was very good and the order and payment all progressed without any problem. I then received an e mail telling me that it would be received the next day but when I tried to track it no information was available. I tried to track several times before ringing the number provided and then spoke to an extremely rude man. The mirror did arrive safely three days later but the rudeness I received left an unpleasant feeling.”
