Good Morning Ralph, I can see you have been reimbursed for both orders placed as you opened a financial dispute less than 48 hours after making the purchase? Would you like to confirm you are now in receipt of your reimbursement?

I wasn't sure if I had ordered the correct part after paying for it - but having emailed the sales team when I thought I had ordered the wrong item they assured me I they would accept the order back and provide me with the mirrors for my E30 that we heated as well as electric. Fortunately I found the wire I thought to feed a heated unit we in actual fact wired at the factory for tweeters, standard loom on all BMW E30 convertibles but mine did not have the speaker upgrade, So a big thanks for all you prompt responses and reassurances that I had not lost my money ordering the wrong part

every thing fine apart from fitting the wing mirror where the n/s mirror on locking the car turn into the body work but the o/s does not although the fitting are the same as the broken mirror.

Nothing. Parcel was not delivered on due day. One part was missing. When I rang to speak to someone regarding yhe missing part, he was aggresive and rude, not at all helpful.

Nothing. Wing mirror wrong colour but the biggest problem is that you have no Customer Services Department to respond to emails on a problem which could be rectified so quickly. I will now have to be my money back via the credit card company.

Nothing! very poor product knowledge after telling your self on the phone what I wanted. Being told yeah that will fit then sending out two parts that were not compatable with each other.
