he watched over my table while I was eating so that I didn't miss anything from my plate .. a rude manager .. raised his voice to the customers ... I don't recommend .. it's the first time since I eat there that this has happened to me.
you are required even if you pay to eat the whole plate...even if, for example, a potato may remain...an onion on the plate and a piece of meat...I do not recommend”

They waited for me get dressed, hop in a taxi on this busy day.
He was threatening to get the police for "overstaying"?.'Yet, the restaurant wasn't busy, there were plenty of empty chairs!
He was being prejudiced to us, Filipinos. He, Chinese, got influenced of the ongoing rift between Philippines and China over claims on China Sea.
In addition Chinese operating POGO in the Philippines are arrested, detained and deported.
I stayed there, barely 15 minutes, had only 2 squares of cakes.
We, moved to Costa Coffee, across the road, where, I enjoyed well wishers' company.”

We, unfortunately, went to this place tonight (31 July 2023). From the moment we went downstairs, the staff were much less than impolite. They wanted us to sit in front of the toilets! We politely asked the female staff to sit us somewhere else. She was very rude and unwilling to sit us in a different place. Upon our insistence, she rudely gave way! Then once we brought some food, a female member of staff came to us and very impolitely said that we had brought too much food for six people!!! And that we would be fined for left-over food! We realised that there are tens of cameras all over the place watching you like the BIG BROTHER! Even worse, we realised that there were tens of staff members on the floor watching every movement of the customers! One of the male staff talking to me used an "F.." word more than five times until I warned him to watch his words! The MOST INTERESTING PART was that the same less than polite Chinese looking male came to me and said that we had to leave because the maximum buffet stay time for customers was 90 minutes!! When I said there is nothing about the time limit on their website, he THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE because we had been there over 90 MINUTES! I prefer not to talk about hygiene and dirty plates. People have complained about food poisoning in this place, unfortunately I saw this after my family's TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! In ONE WORD: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE HUMILIATED - LIKE I WAS IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY FRIENDS - and you will REGRET Your VISIT!

“On 27th of Feb 2021 we sent for a take away, it was the worst food, that have ever had, the Thai beef it was inedible,
The pork was old sow meat, you couldn't chew it, chicken satay the chicken was stringy & under cooked, we put it all in the bin, I have been in the catering trade for 30yrs and never seen such disgusting food. 16£ of of rubbish”

The toilets were flooded.
