“They just refer you to any random attorney, and the attorney can just reduce your ticket, which you can do it yourself by pleading guilty, nothing that makes it worth the trouble. My ticket was $300 fine and 4 points, I had to pay the attorney $250, then they reduced the points to 2, and a fine of $200, i mean I had 0 points and any good attorney could have dismissed this ticket. Save yourself and visit your local attorney, someone who is known for their work.”

“Worst! After I noticed them I would not need an would fine my self guilty they would continuously call me and try to convince me and I would tell to get me off the list. The last lady noticed me if I don’t win I would get my money back. I was still found guilty and they do not want to give me my money back.”

“My account went on hold without any reason i cant access my account. This is rubbish. All my things are paid and up to date. And if they arent where do i pay. Looks like a Fraud.”

“I would give them zero stars if I could! I told them to stop sending me emails and stop fighting my parking tickets. I have someone else who is able to do it for me. Not only did he’s continue spamming me every time I got a ticket, but they are fighting my tickets when I do not want them to and I sent multiple communications and multiple emails for them to stop, and they are continuing to take money out of my account. Legit thieves! They do not respond and they are not heeding multiple requests no matter, what to leave me alone and stop fighting my tickets!!”

“Very poor service. My ticket was pushed for about two years due to COVID. Very poor communication by the lawyer that was assigned, Craig Bondy firm. The app itself provided very poor service. I had to keep contacting the lawyer for updates. The verdict was just posted on the app. The law firm did jot even call me. When I called the law firm, the persons that spoke to me gave me generic answers. DON’T USE THIS APP, USE A REFERRED LAWYER”
