“The service is overall good I can’t lie definitely perks to having the app but on the flipside sometimes things don’t work properly like if you go to fight a ticket or dispute it, you get a error message for no reason & sometimes the App just crashes.”

“Thanks for winning this WinIt! The only sticking point is that in an email WinIt sent me preceding the dismissal email, you announced I lost and so I went ahead and paid $115 only to find out several days later you in fact won a dismissal. I had to fill out a form and now have to wait up to 39 days for a refund.”

“My speeding ticket was dismissed which was great. The only negative was that it took over 4 years to dismiss. Not sure if the pandemic had something to do with that, but I'm grateful ! Thank you WINIT”
