Would have given a 5 star except for the price stickers are getting very hard and annoying to remove . Trying to give presents and it takes so long to get rid of those sticky tags. Please, please change them.

I bought an Air Purifier from Winners on April 4 2021 because of my allergies at an amazing price, I was glad to find one at the even though I went in for something else. I used it the first night and I noticed a difference in the air quality in my apartment. I was able to sleep well without a stuffy nose.

There are few ways to keep this policy going, educating the customers, train your team to be more careful, a separate customer service for returns.

Purchased Point Zero Jeans at Winners Brooksbank North Vancouver as a Xmas gift. After one wash/wear both pockets are completely shredded. Winners refused to refund for this DEFECTIVE item, even though it was in the return period. Buyer beware!

This situation was never about the price difference — it was about basic respect and proper customer service, which were completely lacking.

I have worked in the service industry for years, you should not make people feel like your tasks are more important then the customers doing their shopping.
