“I ordered a pair of bmx tyres, website said in stock... only one tyre arrived (useful) then a had to chase them for days via email etc... it's now 3 week later and still no tyre!!!
They informed me than they will send direct from supplier when available... and there website is showing stock levels of this tyre!
Winstanleys BMX are happy to take your money and then inform you of stock shortage... this is forceification of stock levels and seems to be a trend as on other reviews regarding Winstanleys BMX!
Their customer service is none existent to say the least, they are extremely unprofessional in dealing with customers...
Still no tyre and no communication!!!

“The absolute worst website i have ever had the unfortunate experience of ordering from, i returned an item which was damaged and they just ignored all my emails, i had to threaten them with taking them to the small claims court for them to refund the money and then they wouldnt pay for the return postage even though it was damaged!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE”
