“Very slow refund service and can’t do instant refund as incorrect email on order- customer service has limited capability to changed order when it’s incorrect. I order a dress online and receive it very quickly but decided to return it as not quite to my expectations - took about a week to get back to the main office and now 7 days later still waiting on refund- its to slow , i am not able to do the instant refund as email is incorrect in order and nobody can change it. I will not order or buy from Witchery again as all off putting and way to slow to refund”
“Purchased an item online 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for the item.
They are refusing to refund my money as they say they are still investigating where the item is. It hasn't even been dispatched. I just want a refund but they are not willing to grant this. I have now reached out to the ACCC for support.
WARNING never purchase from Witchery online as they refuse to help when they simply dont send the product. Have also now had to engage a lawyer to fight this battle . Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT buy from Witchery .”

“Was sent the wrong item in an online order. Customer service have acknowledged this occurred as borne out by my photos and the fact that the person picking my items recorded the item number of the substituted piece. Easy to solve one would expect.
Customer service send me unrelated emails after firstly ignoring my complaint. They will not confirm if the correct item is in stock and have not offered a refund.
I have received two emails saying we are working on this problems etc- it has been weeks!
They have effectively stolen my fashion dollars and I am left with a piece of clothing fit for my dog to nap on only.
As a side issue, another item arrived looking less than clean.
I have had better service from cheap chain stores.

“I just want to assist long term customers with a warning about the membership system. I lost my income this year due to COVID but have been dropped from GOLD (which I was proud to achieve last year) to BRONZE. The tiered system only counts every 12 months, it does not accumulate.
I never got a single extra benefit from being a gold member - no special gifts or offers. Do not bother with this system, it is unrewarding. You might as well sign up with a new email every time to get 10% off and get the same reward.
I was extremely sad about this because I love the products; they are well made. I would rather see my money loyalty be rewarded elsewhere though where spending thousands of dollars is remembered and you are treated well by customer service.”

“We where in Gold Coast I purchased a pair of sneakers from marina Mirage Witchery
I was given the wrong size
I didn’t know till I went to wear them when we got back to Sydney and had my 2 knee replacement operation that I was given the wrong size
I send them back to your head office in my expense and 3 weeks down with no response and no sneakers
I had to file a complaint with the Fear Trading
Your customer service is poor and I will never buy from you again
I have been a loyal customer for years
But your after sale service is terrible
I want to tell people to be aware
You making it very difficult for people to buy from you with this attitude
I had a lady from customer service Lisa she was not helpful at all and very rude
I don’t know why they are in customer service
