“Excellent array or products, though mixed messages and cross communications on a delayed shipment has completely messed up my plans and delayed my client, resulting in me having to drive the bespoke item to Amsterdam myself on Monday. Total costs incurred to me over £400. Was hoping someone could post it out today for tomorrow with Royal Mail, but to no avail. Nice of them to refund the delivery charge though. Mistakes happen, but told by 3 people that the items were dispatched when they were just sat there. I opted for collection myself, but paid the following day for UPS. Partly to blame myself, but lack of communication and knowledge on consignment whereabouts prevailed here.”
