Called customer service today, and found out -apparently they had a wrong email address for me, and according to THEIR FedEx delivery verification, it was delivered to the wrong address! Now I am waiting for customer service to send me an affidavit for a "possible refund?!!" I also have 2 items left which are on back order, so I called back to cancel it, because I don't want to experience another episode of this all over again! I did not get the lady's name that took my call about cancelling my order,but her attitude was very unprofessional,and uncalled for! She was very rude by talking over me, and not listening .

Not only did the company fail to deliver on time, but they also pushed the delivery date a month past the event.

My deliveries started getting sent to other addresses though the company and delivery company has my correct address.

I contacted women within customer service who apologized and after going back and forth by email several times after telling me the delivery company refused to reimburse me for my lost shipment that they would send me a replacement order….

Well, I’m glad I’m not the only one that has issues with going online in order shirts or whatever I need and I’ve done it in the past but then all of a sudden for the past probably six weeks they’re giving me issues that my card number is not right so I’m constantly repeating the same numbers I’ve put in previously For sometime I’ve been ordering from them and doing it on Customer Service. They take too long half of them. I don’t understand what they’re saying not being mean about it but it’s frustrating. Very frustrating and the company in my opinion should really just discontinue and hopefully we can find another website that will give us good quality clothes, which I don’t complain about , but it’s everything else around that they need to really work on and it’s great that they have this offer for a dollar for delivery which is amazing instead of being charged 1099 for something that’s on sale for like 899 which is ridiculous work harder work better but in my opinion, I’m pretty much done with the company

I purchased items on 6/9/24 and realized on 6/15/24 that my delivery address did not save.

Order hasn’t shipped in over 3 days therefore missing my delivery date. Live chat and customer service were useless. Live chat actually said have a nice day before even giving me an answer to the problem

When the package continued to linger days past the delivery date, it could not be tracked because it was a FedEx SmartPost shipment.

Two days later, it still being processed and I'm told the 2 day delivery is from the time it is shipped, and it is only delivered on business days.
