“I'm bothered by the fact that I wanted to see if I can use any of my rewarded points, but I didn't use them. Still, Now I have about 2000 points in my account instead of around 7000 (which I had before trying the feature out). Also, the info in the "Orders" menu is not accurate (my order arrived weeks ago, but it says it's on its way). Also, the "Send order back" should only appear if my order has arrived... It can just get confusing for some people otherwise. Thanks.”
