Their customer service is a joke. Firstly you can only contact them by whatsapp. I waited 2 days for an actual person to contact me and not only a bot. Then she writes 1 message thinking she helped me (Which she DIDNT) and then she just left the chat without even seeing my answer to her 1 message. So now i can start all over. This is seriously a joke.

Shocking customer service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. It is utterly disgusting to make people pay for a product and then not deliver it nor respond to any messages. I will never buy from this company again and as a student I've just lost a week's worth of food money. Disgraceful!

It’s been 2 months since my order and still haven’t gotten the leggings. Takes forever to get a response from them (5-6 days). They post fake 5 star reviews of themselves on trust pilot and flag the 1 stars. They seems to have plenty of time to protect their reputation online, but not take care of their actual customers

I’m so disappointed. I love their product, when it shows up. I’ve lost an order and no one from customer service is getting back to me. I’ve contacted multiple times through that stupid text thing and I’ve also left 2 messages on Instagram. It’s really disappointing as a loyal customer to be ignored. I’m not rich, I can’t afford to just lose out on money like this. I’ve recommended this product to several people and o hope this doesn’t happen to them. Too.

Seems as though, everyone is having the same experience with this company. It's been three weeks; still no delivery. I've ordered from them in the past and my package arrived perfectly fine and I liked my items, but this will be my last time ordering with them. I understand shipping delays, but to purposely lack customer service though...?! Nah. Keep your coins and find another US based brand. Such a shame. Because you know influencers don't have to go through this for product that they AREN'T even having to pay for. You would think the individuals that have to pay for their items would be treated better.

Delivery date was whithin the timeframe however received my package damage/dent not happy. In addition I realize one of my items were missing but it appears on the invoice paperwork not charge but still charge me for the merchandise. Today marks my 3 day trying to reach them about my missing merchandise it’s been about 72 hours and no one hasn’t gotten back to me! Returning all items and not wasting my time heading to the bank to file a dispute!

I have yet to receive my order. FedEx is saying it’s undeliverable because there was nothing in the package. It looks like they have done this to other customers as well.

Horrible shipping times, had to chase them for an answer on my order. If you are from the USA just do not buy... I made the mistake and now it’s been a whole Month still haven’t received it. I was visiting a friend and now I’m going back home so whenever my friend receives it she will have to ship it to me as well. Never buying from them again.

Although the clothing is nice they have the worst customer service. You have to send a "snap chat" to which it always takes 24 hours for them to respond. I just found out that I can't cancel an order I just placed even though it won't ship for at least another week (past experience). They offer you points for money off but then don't allow you to use them. Extremely slow shipping to Canada and expect to pay Customs fees also.

A good product can never make up for HORRIBLE service. I agree the positive reviews are fake. Women’s Best should be called Women’s Worst. Two weeks in I Asked for a cancellation on my order. I was told I can not cancel. They have to ship, I have to receive and return. Then I read they deduct return fees. Three weeks in and they send me a tracking number from FedEx to say my package shipped. I contact FedEx and they have no package. What they did to trick me was create a shipping label. W A R N I N G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think twice. How is it soooo many have problems and 1-2 people have great reviews?????

The light grey leggings are definitely not squat proof and the sports bras are very poor quality. They don't offer any support and the cups are showing. Returns als cost an extra 5 dollar, so definitely not satisfied with this brand.

I ordered my products 6 weeks ago and now apparently it’s been lost??? I’ve requested a refund and reshipment of my products for free but no...they can’t do that apparently? Worse customer service, long shipment times, not willing to refund my money....LOST CUSTOMER

Missing items - only way to contact them is on messenger. They say they need 5 days to respond. Ridiculous. You get what you pay for. Spend the money go to Nordstrom/Lululemon.

Awful. Order 3 products to the value of £55. They have sent my order to the wrong address and not responding to my whats app. Very disappointed. Will be contacting my bank. Avoid

Worst customer service!! You cannot call, you have to whatsapp them, and they take days to reply.....BUT with no resolution, just another copy/paste text. They did not put an item i ordered into my package. They will NOT send me the product, or refund me my money, because they are asking to see the packing slip that was included. BUT their company warehouse did NOT include any packing slip in my box?!?! So now, they are saying without sometime that THEY did not include, I cannot get the product I paid for OR a refund?!? WHHHHAAATTT??? that seems really brilliant way to steal from people! never again!!! there are tons of other supplements and workout clothes out there....

The products are great, but this is the worst company on returns. I have sent two items back totally about £90 and still haven’t received my refund after 3 weeks! There is no number to call and no email to contact, just a WhatsApp number that nobody replies to. Shocking!!!

I placed an order from this company on March 24th. I received false information from Fedex saying my shipment was coming April 6th. I never received my shipment and the company is claiming my order is still being processed.... $75 later it is now April 25, have still not received my order or heard anything. Have tried to contact customer service MULTIPLE times. Very hard to get into contact with. I will NEVER be buying from this brand again. Horrible customer service, horrible shipping times, it seems like a huge scam.

I ordered my items on 14 March and was told my package would arrive on 7 April. I received an email on 6 April saying my order will arrive the next day but nothing came. After waiting for a few days I contacted them and they said it would arrive in 72 hours. When it didn’t arrive I contacted them again and they said it would arrive in 72 hours, which again, was another lie. I contacted FedX and they couldn’t find my package because the shipping information hadn’t been updated since 27 March. Now their processing time has increased to 20 days before they can ship an order so I definitely don’t recommend them because it’ll probably take 2 months before your items arrive. The fact that you can’t call is frustrating.
