"Parcel arrived lately and damaged. Most of the items had stolen, got promises only from customer service and automatic responds. Sometimes in Spanish instead English.
They promised to resend the missing items, without tracking number and information. After 2 week kept in touch we discovered it was a lie meanwhile and they did not send anything. In the end i got just 80% refund back and an useless voucher for the next online order after this 2 month long terrible process."
"Missing articles on the delivery and very hard to contact the support call center.
Very slow to solve the problem."
