“Avoid. Customer service the most unhelpful I’ve dealt with. Partial return via courier who managed to serve a blow so hard to the box it dented 3 cans and explodes 2. Wood Finishes Direct refuse to refund, which is fair enough it was the Courier’s fault, but the baffling part is that they also refuse to help me with a courier claim siting I can’t have packaged it correctly. I did, using all their protective packaging as shown in photos they have. The point is the way it was handled during delivery and there is a Courier claims process for this very thing but they refuse to help.”

“purchased wood stain and it is nothing like the advertised colour shop closed all weekend and today there asking me to paint paper send photos when i have requested a returns label. No reply asked for a refund no reply do not use these”

“placed two orders for gap filler. not received goods. claimed their courier dropped at unit 5, not signature just a photo of warehouse, which is not our depot. they asked me togo to unit 5 to collect goods. Anyway unit 5 does not have our goods. dont recommend and my advice is use a different company”

“Had to have a refund in the end, waited nearly 10 days for delivery. They just couldn’t seem to sort it out. It would’ve been quicker for them to send out a new item, rather than mess around trying to sort it out with the couriers. Found it cheaper elsewhere in the end.”

“Was amazed to find I was charged premium rates for phoning them to sort out a labelling discrepancy on one of their products. Especially since I was left waiting on phone several times.”
