They use evri who never deliver on time when you pay next day delivery then it comes four days late
And you send it back
Woodhouse do nothing to help”

I purchased unlimited delivery in November 2022, which was great
Last week they removed it off my profile
I chatted to them and they told me that they had a system upgrade and they had some technical problems
This morning they are telling me they can’t offer the same service
They won’t even reimburse me for the unlimited delivery and told me I’d used it so much
I’m sorry but you are not trading legally or indeed ethically”
“My son’s (expensive) FP Harrington was never delivered. No refund or replacement has been forthcoming. Advised to take matter up with their courier !

“Just spent £72 with Woodhouse and signed up at the same time as paying. They charge £4.95 for delivery, which compared to other companies isnt great. Anyway just went to check my emails and for 'signing up' they immediately sent me a free delivery voucher. Thanks Woodhouse. Ive just wasted £5 because of your inadequate marketing initiatives.”
“All items were of poor quality all packaging torn and ripped apart and to top it all off only worn once put in wash and all the writing a d logos had come off now if they aren't fake then I don't know what is I had alot of brand names and never had this issue my advice stay clear and go to a better shop may pay more but they will be of better quality and will be the real McCoy go straight to the brands who make them ie boss lauren lacoste they make them go direct if you want piece of mind.”
“Item returned by Woodhouses' chosen carrier Hermes. Item lost or delayed by the carrier, but Woodhouse refused to accept responsibility or refund monies. It must be stressed that Hermes were Woodhouses chosen courier, and both Hermes and Woodhouse accept and acknowledge receipt of the parcel and it was mislaid in their own returns system!! Don't use”
