Which arrived within the expected time frame and although the team arrived late to build (through no fault of their own) they worked hard into the evening to get the job finished.”

“Woodpecker delivered and installed our Elite tub and for a few weeks all seemed well. Then without warning, the flue of our hot tub fell off! On close inspection, there is a manufacturing defect with our flue which means that it has never been securely attached to the tub and in fact cannot be securely attached without some welding work to repair the defect. I reported this defect to Woodpecker and received a polite response indicating that I would receive a replacement flue. Numerous emails (most of which have received no response from Woodpecker) and about 3 months later, no replacement flue has been delivered and we are stuck with a defective/dangerous flue that can fall off without warning. If my experience is anything to go by, their 2 year warranty is not genuine so we are stuck with a £3,000 hot tub that is dangerous. I therefore cannot recommend Woodpecker Hot Tubs.”
