Refund - Difficult

Essentially they are thieves. Over a month after ordering it, the MDF piece I ordered hasn't arrived. I've emailed them several times, for the first couple of times they responded that they would 'chase up the order' but they've now stopped replying completely. They have taken my payment but not provided the item ordered and aren't responding so that I can request a refund.

7 days seems poor tbh, to correct their mistake, but hey! After 8 days though nothing arrived so I emailed them again, asking for an urgent dispatch or a full refund.

These people are a complete bunch of incompetent plonklers. I ordered a product, when I was wondering where it was they told me it was still in the production line. I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund TWICE and they purposely ignored my request. Do not use them they are useless, money grabbers with zero customer service skills.

On June 20th I noticed that, on the website, 25mm birch plywood was "Out of stock" so I emailed asking them to cancel my order and refund me as I needed the timber urgently.

We asked for a replacement or refund and were told they couldn't honour my cancellation request because it was still within 'our' 30-day contract and because the order was bespoke, they have 30 days to get my order to me correctly which goes against what their own website says: "you have a legal right to cancel a Contract in law during the 14 period after receive delivery.

In total, I sent 37 emails—pleas, appeals against their terms and conditions (which they couldn’t care less about), requests for proof of manufacturing or delivery with the courier (which they were unable to provide), and straightforward demands for a refund (which they callously refused).

PLEASE DO NOT use this company I p!aced an order on 15 th January which hasn't arrived. Customer services raised a complaint number but then no further communication- I don't expect my order or a refund as they are simply ignoring my complaint. I'm going to contact trading standards and all social media sites This company are not reputable.

after two weeks waiting for delivery I received an email saying that it was delayed, after a few more days, they simply told me that it wouldn't be delivered because it was from another country, so I asked for a refund and they simply didn't respond to me anymore, in resume, they are fraudsters/scammers

First order tatty and damaged, second order even worse, only fit for the skip. Dry blood on the white shelf. Now trying to get a refund.
