PLEASE DO NOT use this company I p!aced an order on 15 th January which hasn't arrived. Customer services raised a complaint number but then no further communication- I don't expect my order or a refund as they are simply ignoring my complaint. I'm going to contact trading standards and all social media sites This company are not reputable.

after two weeks waiting for delivery I received an email saying that it was delayed, after a few more days, they simply told me that it wouldn't be delivered because it was from another country, so I asked for a refund and they simply didn't respond to me anymore, in resume, they are fraudsters/scammers

First order tatty and damaged, second order even worse, only fit for the skip. Dry blood on the white shelf. Now trying to get a refund.

Failed to dispatch the timber before the date I was given to receive it. Time was an issue for my project so I had to make alternative arrangements and cancelled my Woodsheets order. They have refused to issue a refund as the delivery date was ‘not guaranteed’ and some cutting to size was requested. However, there was no evidence given that any work had been progressed on my order.

The worst service I have received from any ever. This surely must be a scam company? Placed a small order 6 weeks ago; still waiting. The ‘customer service’ people refuse to refund my money and tell me that 2x pieces of plywood have been subject to “quality control” for 3 weeks. Incredible.

I have to say the treatment from Wood Sheets is rubbish.After trying 3 times to make an easy shelfand taking 8 weeks when first told 3-5 days. After sending numerous photos , no closer to getting a refund. Do not go anywhere near this Company. Worst Customer Relationships I have ever known

Worst Company probably in the world! I raised a Paypal case after over a month of back and forths, they have accepted they were wrong and are offering a full refund but they want the damaged goods back and are expecting me to package it and post back a 20KG - 2.

Do i even need to leave a review? enough bad ones here already, cant believe I didnt check reviews before purchase, in a nutshell avoid at all cost, damaged, then cut bent, wrong size, then promise to resend but just didnt bother and when i contacted them they were talking like ive never ordered, wont refund! Yet! but they will.

Contacted them via email, they accepted there was a fault with the item, however are refusing a refund.
